The name means top quality. The line we work to is simple: bring safety home. We began electrical fittings in 1995, from a small door-to-door supply. Today the group runs 10+ factories and more than 30 injection moulding machines. Design is done in-house. You can visit the Bawana works.
We do not build large power panels or motor panels. Those need a panel builder. We also do not make water pipe or drainage pipe. We make electrical PVC accessories for homes, shops and dealer stock.
Counter dealers use us when one pouch list should cover casing, boxes and boards. Contractors use us on old walls, where chasing is not possible. Shop fit-outs use us when the wire has to stay on the surface and still look tidy.

PVC conduit fittings on our list are the electrical ones: bend, junction, casing. Not plumbing.
Casing-capping is the two-part cover for open wire. We mould PVC casing and capping, internal casing and external casing. The 20×12 size is on the list for lighter runs. Ask sales for the other sizes in the current pouch before you lock a standing order.
The 25 mm bend and the 25 mm pipe junction box finish that run. The junction is the electrical junction box where two lengths meet. Gitti in 25 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm closes the end so the cut pipe does not show at the board. Round sheets run from 25 mm to 120 mm, including Star 80 mm, Miss Queen 100 mm, Big B and Radium 120 mm, when the fan point needs a sheet.
Camera junction boxes sit on the same fitting list for sites that add a camera point.
A PVC gang box is the open point most counters still sell every day.
Use a modular gang box when the plate is modular and the wiring is still on the surface. Use the open box when the counter wants a ready light or power point. The 15A and 16A boxes are the ones for a shop power point. A 2 way box covers a simple switch and socket pair. A 4 way box is the one kitchens and living rooms often take.
Use a surface mounting box when you cannot chase the wall, or when the pipe already sits on the surface. Surface mounting gang boxes run from 1–2 way and 3 way to 4 way square and 12 way square, and up to 18 way square on the wider list. Surface boards on the list are 4+1P, 5 way and 9 way.
The board should hold the plate without play. Edges stay smooth so the plate sits flush. The screw point should not crack.
Open work does not cover every room. A new flat still needs a PVC switch box inside the wall. We mould those too, so the dealer does not split the order.
These take common modular switches and sockets, including Roma-type plates. The electrical mounting box is the hidden part. The plate is the face. Many jobs need both.
Readymade XL boards come with the cutouts done. The electrician does not cut a plain board on site. The list includes 1, 2, 3 and 4 way, 8 way, long and XL, plus 5-in-1, 4+1 and 16A ready-made boards. Smart cutting boards cover 3x3, 4x4, 7x4, 4x12 and 6x8 when the site needs a set size.

PVC does not rust. It is light. That suits damp ground-floor shops. Metal still wins when the job needs a bonded earth path or a crowded commercial panel. We do not make that panel.
